Situation: Openture Studios LLC ( the “Company”) wished to buy all the assets of Seller and engaged Blue Sky Law to assist. Blue Sky Law worked with the Company from the inception of the project, LOI, diligence process, and drafting of the Website Asset Purchase Agreement with related documents to ensure a timely, thorough, and complete transaction.

Results: In late 2023, our clients were able to buy the company assets.
