About C2H Air and Electric LLC, along with Crescent HVAC Services, LLC and Amply Air, LLC  (collectively the “Company”) customizes solutions to fit any cooling, heating, ventilation, lighting, electrical, and building automation systems.  They also have licensed mechanical and electrical engineers on staff to fit new construction or retrofit design needs in Georgia, Florida, South Carolina and Tennessee.

Situation The Company engaged Blue Sky Law to help the owner transition the business to Firstcall Mechanical Group, LLC.
