Jason Curles is an experienced litigator who represents both plaintiffs and defendants in complex business and commercial disputes. Jason focuses his practice on business and commercial litigation, business and partnership disputes, including corporate governance and shareholder actions as well as fiduciary litigation involving corporate officers, directors, members, partners, and trustees, residential construction litigation, and banking and special asset litigation, including foreclosure confirmation. Jason represents clients in disputes regarding alleged breach of contract, guaranty, and fiduciary duty, as well as fraud, corporate mismanagement, and general commercial disputes.
Born and raised in Atlanta, Jason received his J.D. from Mercer University, cum laude, where he was a member of the Law Review and the Brainerd Currie Honor Society. He received a B.B.A., summa cum laude, in Management Information Systems from the Terry College of Business at The University of Georgia, where he was a First Honor Graduate.

Prior to joining Blue Sky Law, Jason was a partner at a prestigious Atlanta-based law firm. Jason lives with his wife and three children and, in his spare time, enjoys golf, photography and traveling.
