Educational and Legal Credentials:
Angelina completed her undergraduate studies at Emory University, graduating in 2004 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. She earned her law degree from Georgia State University College of Law in 2007.
Angelina is a member of the Georgia Asian Pacific American Bar Association and the Business Law section of the State Bar of Georgia. She has served as a volunteer attorney with the Atlanta Volunteers Lawyers Foundation and Tapestri, Inc., a non-profit devoted to ending violence and oppression in immigrant and refugee communities in Georgia.

Angelina co-chaired a multi-million-dollar settlement representing a property owner against a property management company in a real estate fraud dispute. Additionally, Angelina recently was successful in obtaining a preliminary injunction on behalf of an employer againstemployees in a trade secret infringement action.

Angelina represents both plaintiffs and defendants in business litigation cases, including breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud and misrepresentation, business partnership disputes and dissolutions, officer and director liability, business investments disputes, landlord/tenant matters, franchisee/franchisor disputes, and residential and commercial construction disputes.
Her clients come from a wide range of industries, including hospitality, technology, healthcare, construction, and banking. In addition to representing clients in both state and federal trial courts in Georgia, Angelina has handled numerous appeals in the United States Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit, the Georgia Supreme Court, and the Georgia Court of Appeals.
Personal Background
Angelina is a native of Charleston, South Carolina, but currently resides in Peachtree Corners, Georgia, with her husband and their two young children.
